Lymphatic drainage is a very gentle technique which helps restore balance in the body by improving the immune system, effectively clearing toxins from the body, and helping to reduce fluid retention from a variety of causes ranging from PMT, oedema, lymphoedema, lipoedema, sinusitis & pre / post-surgery. I use a number of different tools and techniques to achieve the best outcome for each client: manual hand massage, cupping, dry brushing and pneumatic compression.
